With the rapid development of society, people live a better life than before. However, a terrible state called “sub-health” emerges and affects people’s life. There are many manifestations of sub-health. Besides some physical symptoms like headache, sweat and so on, there are some psychological symptoms. For example, sub-healthy people may feel anxious, stressful, nervous and exhausted. There are several factors which result in this unhealthy state. Great pressure is the major cause. Because of the fierce competition in the modern society, many people, especially those youngsters and middle-aged, have to face a lot of pressure either from study or work.
