The phenomenon may be caused by following factors. In the sec ond place, the authorities concerned fail to do all they could to ensure food safety, which allows adventurers to pursue as much profit as they can.

Besides, we consumers must raise the awareness of food safety and protect our legal rights if our health is threatened. Only in this way can we be able to build a securer and more harmonious society.
