As we all know, the situation of employment for the graduates is severe nowadays. Employment becomes a major social issue in our country.
This issue is mainly comprised of two aspects. First, many graduates are looking for jobs. They all hope to get a job with high salary and other pensions, bringing the government and the society great pressure. More job opportunities need to be created for them. Second, there are many vacancies in western China. Few people want to seek jobs in the western regions. They prefer to live in the major cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai and other developed areas. So there comes an imbalance between the supply and demand of talents in the eastern and the western regions.
