On Fighting Smog
Recently, the air quality has become a problem we have to face. There is growing concern over smog which is believed to threaten people’s health. It is high time that we took some methods to protect ourselves.
People’s views on how to fight smog vary from person to person. Generally speaking, there are three effective ways. First of all, try to reduce the time of outdoor activities, especially when the air quality is not good enough. Secondly, make good use of protective things such as mouth-muffles so that harmful substances would be kept out. Most importantly, protect our environment by cutting off the source of smog. Only in this way can we really achieve a long-term success.
From what has been mentioned above, we can come to the conclusion that in order to keep away from smog, we can hide ourselves in a safe area; however, it is much more necessary for us to face the root of the problem bravely and fight against it.
